Tools are sampled as required to produce parts conforming to specifications. Detailed part inspections and compatibility studies are performed on all critical dimensions as required and are included in the approved purchase package.

Quoted build times include sampling.

Plastics Information

Non-conforming materials are controlled by segregating and clearly identifying material with hold tags. All scrap items are ground up.

Process yield is measured in most cases and the information is analyzed to determine areas of improvement and production savings.

Process procedures and specifications are controlled and distributed from a single source and are promptly removed when modified or superseded. Records of previous operations and inspection results are included with the material to insure defect free products and services in accordance with customer specifications and suppliers material certifications.
